30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Customers)
At ufitjourney, customer satisfaction comes first. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first one-time purchase or first subscription order.
If you are not satisfied or feel the product did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or partially used, subject to the terms below.
This satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow first-time customers to try our products risk-free while maintaining fair use for all customers.
Eligibility & Abuse Prevention
To protect all customers and prevent abuse, the following conditions apply:
Limited to one refund per customer or household. Customer' refers to users with the same name, the same payment method, the same delivery address or the same account.
Applies only to first-time purchases or first subscription orders
Not valid for repeat orders, renewals, or subsequent subscription cycles
Excessive, repetitive, or suspicious refund requests may be denied
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, misuse, or policy circumvention
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse refunds or future orders from accounts associated with abusive behavior. If the refund or order is refused, we will inform the specific reasons (except those suspected of fraud) through the registered email address.
Return Eligibility (Standard Returns)
Except where otherwise stated in this policy:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused or unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
You are responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, contact us at refund@ufitjourney.com. Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping label. The return application will reply to the approval result within 2 working days.
Refund Amount & Deductions (Important Disclosure)
Approved refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer at checkout, with deductions and fee liability determined by whether the order is a first-time purchase/subscription or a subsequent order, as follows:
1. First-Time One-Time Purchase or First Subscription Order
You are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund (no requirement to provide a reason for return).
ufitjourney shall bear the $4 USD operational and handling fee (no deduction from your refund).
ufitjourney shall also cover the cost of round-trip shipping:
A pre-paid return label will be provided for the return shipment (you bear no cost for sending the item back).
The original shipping cost (even for orders advertised as “free shipping”) is covered by ufitjourney (we will not deduct this cost from your refund), as this is a special benefit for first-time customers.
Note: While “free shipping” is advertised, ufitjourney pays actual shipping fees to third-party carriers on your behalf. For first-time orders, these costs are not recovered from you upon refund.
2. Subsequent Orders (Repeat Purchases, Subscription Renewals, or Subsequent Subscription Cycles)
Refund eligibility and fee liability are verified and determined by ufitjourney after inspecting the returned item and confirming the return reason:
Case 1: Quality Issues Caused by Product Defects or Shipping Damages
ufitjourney shall bear the $4 USD operational and handling fee (no deduction from your refund).
ufitjourney shall cover the cost of round-trip shipping:
A pre-paid return label will be provided for the return shipment.
The original shipping cost (even for “free shipping” orders) is not deducted from your refund, as the issue arises from product defects or shipping negligence.
Case 2: No-Questions-Asked Return (No Product/Shipping Defects)
A $4 USD operational and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
You shall bear the cost of round-trip shipping:
The original shipping cost (including costs for orders advertised as “free shipping”) will be deducted from your refund—ufitjourney has already paid these fees to carriers and cannot recover them for subsequent no-questions-asked returns.
For the return shipment: You may use the pre-paid return label provided by ufitjourney (the cost will be deducted from your refund) or ship via your preferred carrier (you will bear the cost directly).
General Rules for All Refunds
Taxes, duties, and payment processing fees are refunded or retained in accordance with Shopify’s platform policies and the applicable third-party payment processor’s refund rules.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.Approved refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid at checkout, subject to the following:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders shipped under free shipping promotions or subscription free-shipping benefits
Although shipping may be advertised as “free,” ufitjourney pays actual shipping fees to third-party carriers on your behalf, which cannot be recovered once an order has shipped.
Taxes, duties, and payment processing fees are refunded or retained in accordance with Shopify platform policies and the applicable third-party payment processor’s rules.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In these cases:
No handling fees will be deducted
We will evaluate the issue and make it right through replacement or refund, as appropriate. If you choose to replace, we will bear the freight for re-delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund (including freight), and the specific plan will be confirmed by you and customer service.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene-related products) [excluding first-time purchases covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee]
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately. If the goods are exchanged due to product quality problems, the difference (if any) of the new order will be refunded more and replenished less according to the actual situation, and we will bear the freight for the new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This statutory right does not affect any other limitations outlined in this policy. The freight for returning goods in the EU will be borne by us (due to product quality problems) or by you (no reason to return goods).
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact refund@ufitjourney.com.
Governing Terms
This Return & Refund Policy is subject to and incorporated into our Terms of Service, including provisions related to dispute resolution, arbitration, limitation of liability, and class action waiver. In case of conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy shall prevail (for matters related to return and refund).
