UFITJOURNEY OFFICIAL operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). UFITJOURNEY OFFICIAL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Before taking the above measures, we will send you a notice through the registered email address.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness purposes only.

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or effectiveness. Product descriptions, images, and representations are provided for informational purposes only and may differ based on device display or individual perception. The product composition and specifications shall be subject to the physical packaging label.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & PRICING

All orders constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by ufitjourney.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per person, household, or order

  • Cancel orders due to suspected abuse, fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations

  • If the order is cancelled due to pricing error, we will fully refund the money you have paid (if any) and complete the refund processing within 3 working days.

Prices, promotions, and offers may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, customs, or other fees may apply unless expressly stated otherwise. Pricing changes will be clearly displayed before you place an order, and your confirmation of the order will be regarded as acceptance of the current pricing.

All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the disclosed billing interval until canceled.

  • Subscription charges are billed in advance

  • You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting customer support

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges.After the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation, it will be deemed that the cancellation has not taken effect.

Charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by law.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier confirmation of delivery. It is recommended that you check the goods when receiving them. If you find any damage or missing, you should take photos immediately and contact customer service and the carrier for filing.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, audio, video, and software—is owned by or licensed to ufitjourney and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may include tools or features provided by third parties. These are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, websites, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk. The use of third-party services is subject to its own terms and privacy policy, so you are advised to read it carefully before using it.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

UFITJOURNEY OFFICIAL is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Nature Origin Tech LLC, not Shopify.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ufitjourney and expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims and liabilities.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

  • Exploit refunds, subscriptions, promotions, or chargeback systems

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services

Violation may result in termination of access, cancellation of orders, refusal of future service, or legal action.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature Origin Tech LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $100 USD or the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nature Origin Tech LLC, ufitjourney, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 13 – ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER (IMPORTANT)

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services, products, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, not in court.

Arbitration will be conducted by American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its consumer arbitration rules, and the place of arbitration will be Wilmington, Delaware.

You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, representative actions, or jury trials.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ufitjourney.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify major terms changes (such as limitation of liability and arbitration rules changes) 30 days in advance through website announcements or registered email addresses, and non-major changes will update the' last updated' date.
