Last updated: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nature Origin Tech LLC, doing business as U+FITJOURNEY (“U+FITJOURNEY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit ufitjourney.com, purchase from us, communicate with us, or otherwise use our related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Services. This policy does not apply to information handled by third parties under their own privacy policies or to our workforce and job applicants.

If information collected through our quiz or other features is treated as “consumer health data” under Washington law, please also review our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, searches, and interactions with the Services and our communications.
  • Communications and customer-support information, including emails, messages, call details, survey responses, photographs, return documentation, and other information you provide when contacting us.
  • Quiz, survey, and preference information, including age range, intended product user, routines, body-freshness concerns, when or where concerns arise, food preferences, products previously tried, digestive-wellness responses, product standards, desired benefits, readiness, and other answers you provide. We use this information to generate quiz results, personalize recommendations, understand product interests, and improve or market our Services. Our quizzes are not medical assessments. Please do not submit medical records or diagnoses through general forms or customer-support channels.
  • Marketing information, such as your marketing preferences, engagement with emails or advertisements, promotion participation, and inferred product interests.
  • User Content, such as reviews, ratings, photographs, testimonials, social-media interactions, and other content you choose to make available.
  • Fraud-prevention and compliance information, such as order-risk signals, proof of identity when reasonably required, chargeback information, and records needed to protect our rights or comply with law.

2. Sources of personal information

We collect personal information:

  • directly from you, including when you place an order, create an account, complete a quiz, subscribe to marketing, submit a review, request a return, or contact us;
  • automatically, through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, server logs, and similar technologies when you use the Services or interact with our communications;
  • from service providers, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, customer-support providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, and marketing platforms; and
  • from business and advertising partners, such as social networks, advertising networks, referral partners, and publicly available sources, in accordance with their policies and your settings.

3. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services;
  • process payments and orders and provide order, shipping, return, refund, and account support;
  • generate quiz results and recommend products or content based on the information you choose to provide;
  • communicate with you about transactions, accounts, support requests, and policy or product updates;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and measure their effectiveness;
  • personalize and measure advertising on our Services and on third-party platforms;
  • understand how customers use the Services, perform analytics, and develop products and features;
  • authenticate users and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and protect our customers, business, rights, and property;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and regulatory obligations; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand site performance, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, and personalize content or advertising.

Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others are used for analytics, personalization, or advertising and may require consent or provide opt-out rights depending on where you live. Where a cookie-preference banner or settings tool is available on our site, you can use it to manage non-essential technologies. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, although doing so may cause parts of the Services to function incorrectly.

Where required by law and supported by our systems, we recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

5. Advertising and analytics

We may work with analytics and advertising partners to understand use of the Services, measure advertising, build audiences, and show ads that may be more relevant to you. These partners may collect or receive device, activity, transaction, quiz-event, and inferred-interest information through cookies, pixels, server-side APIs, or similar technologies and may combine it with information collected from other services.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define the use or disclosure of information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where those laws apply, you may opt out by emailing support@ufitjourney.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out.” You may also use any cookie-preference or privacy-choice tool made available on our site.

6. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Shopify and commerce providers that host our store, process transactions, power checkout, provide fraud prevention, and support store functionality;
  • vendors and service providers that provide payment processing, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, customer support, email or SMS delivery, quiz functionality, analytics, information technology, security, professional advice, and other business services;
  • advertising and business partners that help us market and measure the Services, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights;
  • affiliates and corporate group members for legitimate internal business purposes consistent with this policy;
  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid requests; protect safety, rights, and property; detect or prevent fraud or abuse; or enforce our agreements;
  • parties to a business transaction, including actual or prospective purchasers, investors, lenders, advisers, and successors in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction; and
  • other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We do not attempt to reidentify information maintained in deidentified form except as permitted to test our deidentification processes.

7. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store so it can provide and improve commerce services, payment features, security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and other services for us and for merchants and consumers using Shopify.

Depending on our Shopify settings and the features you use, Shopify may process information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced or personalized services. Information may be transferred to Shopify and other service providers in countries other than where you live.

You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and manage certain Shopify-specific privacy rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

8. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. If we offer promotional text messages and you choose to subscribe, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message, including by replying STOP where supported. Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. We may still send non-promotional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, security notices, and responses to your requests.

Withdrawing from marketing communications does not by itself opt you out of personalized advertising; use the choices described in Sections 4, 5, and 10 for advertising-related opt-outs.

9. Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain your account, fulfill transactions, provide customer service, comply with tax and accounting requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the nature of our relationship with you, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain information longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for a legal claim, investigation, or security matter.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security method or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

10. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • request portability of certain personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its processing for targeted advertising;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • appeal our decision on a privacy request.

To submit a request, email support@ufitjourney.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out.” You may also use any privacy-choice tool made available on our site and the Shopify Privacy Portal for certain processing performed independently by Shopify.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require information that matches our records; we will request only information reasonably necessary for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If we deny an appeal, you may have the right to contact your state attorney general or another applicable regulator.
